Insurance

LIFE INSURANCE: LEARN ABOUT LIFE INSURANCE What are the types of term insurance policies?
Term insurance comes in two basic varieties—level term and decreasing term. These days, almost everyone buys level term insurance. The terms “level” and “decreasing” refer to the death benefit amount during the term of the policy. A level term policy pays the same benefit amount if death occurs at any point during the term

Yearly renewable term, once popular, is no longer a top seller. The most popular type is now 20-year term. Most companies will not sell term insurance to an applicant for a term that ends past his or her 80th birthday. If a policy is “renewable,” that means it continues in force for an additional term or terms, up to a specified age, even if the health of the insured (or other factors) would cause him or her to be rejected if he or she applied for a new life insurance policy.Generally, the premium for the policy is based on the insured person’s age and health at the policy’s start, and the premium remains the same (level) for the length of the term. So, premiums for 5-year renewable term can be level for 5 years, then to a new rate reflecting the new age of the insured, and so on every five years. Some longer term policies will guarantee that the premium will not increase during the term; others don’t make that guarantee, enabling the insurance company to raise the rate during the policy’s term. Some term policies are convertible. This means that the policy’s owner has the right to change it into a permanent type of life insurance without additional evidence of insurability.“Return of Premium”In most types of term insurance, including homeowners and auto insurance, if you haven’t had a claim under the policy by the time it expires, you get no refund of the premium. Your premium bought the protection that you had but didn’t need, and you’ve received fair value. Some term life insurance consumers have been unhappy at this outcome, so some insurers have created term life with a “return of premium” feature. The premiums for the insurance with this feature are often significantly higher than for policies without it, and they generally require that you keep the policy in force to its term or else you forfeit the return of premium benefit. Some policies will return the base premium but not the extra premium (for the return benefit), and others will return both.

celebrity

I'm a CelebrityGet me out of here!
NBC announced today that Damien Fahey and Myleene Klass will serve as co-hosts for its new, groundbreaking, live summer television event "I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!" that kicks off on Monday, June 1 with a two-hour special from 8-10 p.m. (ET).
Fahey is known to audiences as the host of MTV's "Total Request Live ("TRL") where many of today's A-list celebrities and musicians personally requested him for interviews. A talented and dedicated broadcaster, Fahey has hosted numerous radio and television shows including "Live! With Regis & Kelly," where he has been called upon as a recurring host. Recruited by MTV for its "Beach House" segments, he was quickly promoted to "TRL" host in 2002, where he held the distinction of being the only veejay to simultaneously host and write for the show.
Myleene Klass is one of the biggest stars in the United Kingdom and was a participant herself in the 2006 version of "I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!" that propelled her to a successful career where she was "Queen of the Jungle" and the top searched-for celebrity in the world by the United Kingdom Internet users. The multi-talented Klass is a television host, entertainer and musician. In 2001, she was chosen from thousands of singing hopefuls to become one of five members of the reality pop band Hear'Say, winners of the singing competition show "Popstars," that went on to sell two million CDs. A talented pianist, she signed a solo recording deal and reached #1 in the classical charts. Klass hosts "Weekend Breakfast" on Classic FM and writes monthly features in Classic FM Magazine, titled "Myleene's Hot Property and Prima Baby." Additionally, she also hosts her own monthly movie review show on CNN International, where she interviews some of today's hottest stars. In 2008, she released her first book, "My Bump and Me," which went straight to the Top-10 bestseller charts.
The celebrities paticipating will be, Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt, Janice Dickinson, John Salley, Lou Diamond Phillips, Sanjaya Malakar, Patti Blagojevich, Stephen Baldwin, Torrie Wilson, and Frangela (Frances Callier and Angela V. Shelton).
"I'm a Celebrity, get me out of here" should more aptly be named 'I'm Infamous, I'd do anything for Money and Attention." Patti Blagojevich and already been nick named BlagoBitch. Stephen Baldwin may hold a redcord for the number of reality shows he has participated it. Lou Diamond Phillips is so far over the hill, the hill has eroded to a parking lot. We knew Sanjaya Malakar would finally earn money in show business and it wouldn't be singing. We need not even mention Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt because they are so unmentionable.
Based on the hit UK series, "I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!" is the ultimate "Swiss Family Robinson" as the celebrities will be dropped into the heart of the Costa Rican jungle to face fun and comedic challenges designed to test their survival skills. America is the puppet master, controlling their favorite celebrities by putting them into challenges and tasks to win food, supplies and luxury items. In each episode, friendships will be tested, hilarity is expected and viewers will decide which celebrities stay or go. The last remaining star will be crowned King or Queen of the Jungle, winning a substantial cash prize for their favorite charity.
In a unique scheduling move, following the two-hour premiere on June 1, "I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!" will air over four weeks in June from 8-9 p.m. (ET). For three weeks, the show will air Mondays through Thursdays. During the fourth week of June, the series will be telecast Monday through Wednesday, with the finale being telecast on Wednesday, June 24.
Additionally, each Sunday, beginning June 7, MTV will air a marathon of the week's episodes including never.

Computers and How They Work

Why is it important to know how a computer works? Easy, if you don't, it will be hard to control. Computers were never built to control us even though that is how it appears. Their creation was just another tool God gave man to use to benefit society. What can you do to learn more about computers? I have an easy answer. Just read, and use computers more. They are not that hard and with time you too can become the master over this tool.
Computers, the ones we know and love have not been around all that long. The first home personal computer was not sold until 1977. We have come a long way since then. Did you know that in 1983 there were approximately 2 million personal computers in use in the United States. However just 10 years later in 1993 the number had jumped to more than 90 million.
Computers, today are small, fast, reliable, and extremely useful. Back in 1977 that really was not the case. However, they both operated in basically the same way. They both receive data, stored data, processed data, and then output data similar the the way our own brain functions. This article deals with those 4 functions: Memory, Processing, Input, and Output.
MemoryLets look at computer memory first. The function of storage in a computer comes in many different sizes, types and shapes. However there are two basic categories: short-term and long-term. A typical computer contains numerous types of memory including RAM, ROM, virtual, cache, and various long-term storage devices. Each type of computer memory serves a specific function and purpose.
Computer memory is measured in bytes. A single byte is made up of a series of 1's and 0's normally traveling in pairs of eight. These eight 0's and 1's are the way the computer communicates and stores information. With each keystroke or character a byte of memory is used. In another article you will learn more about bits and how the computer thinks

so that computer is the most importain in todays world

about telemarketing

Telemarketing

pleTelemarketing (known as telesales in the UK and Ireland) is a method of direct marketing in which a salesperson solicits to prospective customers to buy products or services, either over the phone or through a subsequent face to face or Web conferencing appointment scheduled during the call.
Telemarketing can also include recorded sales pitches programmed to be played over the phone via automatic dialing. Telemarketing has come under fire in recent years, being viewed as an annoyance by many.

[edit] History
Some people[who?] believe that in the 1950s, DialAmerica Marketing, Inc became the first company completely dedicated to inbound and outbound telephone sales and services. The company, spun-off and sold by Time, Inc. magazine in 1976, became the largest provider of telephone sales and services to magazine publishing companies. The term telemarketing was first used extensively in the late 1970s to describe Bell System communications which related to new uses for the outbound WATS and inbound Toll-free services.

[edit] Categories
The two major categories of telemarketing are Business-to-business and Business-to-consumer.

[edit] Subcategories
Lead Generation, the gathering of information
Sales, using persuasion to sell a product or service
Outbound, proactive marketing in which prospective and preexisting customers are contacted directly
Inbound, reactive reception of incoming orders and requests for information. Demand is generally created by advertising, publicity, or the efforts of outside salespeople.

Telemarketing office

[edit] Procedure
Telemarketing may be done from a company office, from a call centre, or from home. It may involve either a live operator or a recorded message, in which case it is known as "automated telemarketing" using voice broadcasting. "Robocalling" is a form of voice broadcasting which is most frequently associated with political messages.
An effective telemarketing process often involves two or more calls. The first call (or series of calls) determines the customer’s needs. The final call (or series of calls) motivates the customer to make a purchase.
Prospective customers are identified by various means, including past purchase history, previous requests for information, credit limit, competition entry forms, and application forms. Names may also be purchased from another company's consumer database or obtained from a telephone directory or another public list. The qualification process is intended to determine which customers are most likely to purchase the product or service.
Charitable organizations, alumni associations, and political parties often use telemarketing to solicit donations. Marketing research companies use telemarketing techniques to survey the prospective or past customers of a client’s business in order to assess market acceptance of or satisfaction with a particular product, service, brand, or company. Public opinion polls are conducted in a similar manner.
Telemarketing techniques are also applied to other forms of electronic marketing using e-mail or fax messages, in which case they are frequently considered spam by other people.so the easy way to improve our business is can be possible through telephone.
